Warranty Policy

  • We offer 12 months parts and labour warranty on all of our products valid from the date of original purchase. All warranty claims are assessed with consideration. The person/s submitting the warranty claim must be the original purchaser.

  • For Warranty and Returns, MTW will not be responsible for expenses in getting products to or from their premises.

  • Custom made orders are not covered by general return policy, and the down payments made are not refundable.

  • Warranty and Return is subjected to our approval after an inspection has been made from us to determine that the issues are genuine and deliberate. Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects based on assessment by MWT

  • Warranty and Return only covers factory faults, but not damages caused by improper use, such as scratches (hence rust) & overloading. Repairs, modifications or alterations attempted or made to any of the product without the approval of MTW could void the product’s warranty. Items/parts that are considered consumables are not covered by part replacement warranty, however customer may purchase these items/parts from us at later stage (plus postage if apply)

  • Customers should maintain the products under MTW guidance, for all trailers we supply, every month – check tyre pressure and wheels nuts , every 3 months -check wheel bearing , repack with grease , every 6 months -Grease suspension Pivot points , adjust Hand brake, MTW do not responsible for any faulty or damages caused by low maintenance

  • Within the warranty period, upon warranty assessment, we shall repair the product using new or re-furbished parts of the same standard, or offer a replacement of the same item of similar condition to the original.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the other provisions of this clause 1 MTW will not be liable to the Customer for any claim or Loss howsoever arising in connection with the Goods or MTW’s obligations, including for (i) any defect or failure of the Goods; (ii) failure of the Goods to obtain or comply with any applicable laws, regulations, permits, consents or approvals necessary to use or operate the Goods (including registration and road-worthiness of the Goods in any jurisdiction); (iii) any delay in supplying the Goods; (d) the Goods being unsuitable in any way; or (iv) reliance by the Customer on any statement or other representations made by MTW (except under this agreement), except to the extent such liability is caused by any gross negligence or fraud of MTW; (b) MTW’s total liability to the Customer (or any Related body corporate) arising out of or in connection with its performance of its obligations pursuant to an Agreement (including the supply or installation of any Goods), howsoever arising is limited as follows: (i) MTW will have no liability to the Customer (or any Related body corporate) for any Consequential Loss; and (ii) MTW’s total aggregate liability for all Losses of the Customer (and all Related bodies corporate), howsoever arising, will not exceed the GST exclusive Price paid by the Customer to MTW for the specific Goods that give rise to the Loss in question.
